Bird Intake Process

First of all, I’d like to give a huge thank you to all my amazing customers who have trusted me with their birds over the years. My intake process is simple but there have been changes in recent months. All birds are going on a waiting list until they’re about 3 months out from being mounted. Make sure you are storing them properly in freezer bags as outlined in my other post 🙂

Waiting List

Please text or e-mail marshhenstudio@gmail.com with your name, phone number, bird species, and quantity to be added to my waiting list. I will confirm that I’ve received your request within a week and give an estimated wait time. I will text you at the phone number provided to set up a drop-off appointment when I’m accepting more work. To ensure I receive your request, do not use any of my social media pages to contact me.

Expedited Service

If available, your birds may be expedited for an additional fee. Contact for details.

Dropping Off

We will either schedule an appointment to drop off in person or you can ship frozen birds to my shop (finished mounts must be picked up in person, shipping not available). Due to the quick turnaround time, all work will be paid for in full at drop off with the exception of habitat work if requested.
